We specialize in manufacturing a wide range of home goods, including springless mattresses, mattress toppers and sleep pads, pillows of all sizes and fill amount, cushions, some upholstered furniture, comforters and other soft goods. We also offer custom designs to meet unique specifications and needs.

2. What materials do you use in your products?

We prioritize premium, natural fibers and sustainable materials. Our offerings include cotton and organic cotton, wool, latex, and foam.

3. Can you create custom products based on our designs?

4. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

OnFM has low to no MOQ however it varies depending on the product and whether you are ordering OnFM branded products for wholesale, whitelabeling your own products or placing a custom order. Please see the specific pages of the type of order for full MOQ information. 

5. How long does it take to complete an order?

Lead times depend on the complexity and volume of the order. Typically, production takes between 1 to 3 weeks from order confirmation of stock items. Custom lead times are typically 4 to 8 weeks after the design and receipt of the deposit. We strive to meet your deadlines and will provide an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.

9. How do I start manufacturing with OnFM?

Contact our team with your requirements and design specifications. We will distinguish which of our 3 tracks is the best fit: Wholesale OnFM-branded stock products, White Label products created with your company's logo and materials, and Custom projects. From there we will usher you through the unique stages of the track that best compliments your company’s needs. 

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, credit cards, and other secure payment options. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon during the order confirmation process.
