Shipping Disclaimer 

Thank you for choosing our Oregon made pillows, toppers, mattress pads and more! To ensure a smooth experience, please review our shipping policies:

Processing & Shipping Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on location but typically range from 5-7 business days within the United States.
  • We currently only ship within the continental USA. Alaska and Hawaii orders may incur additional shipping charges. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Shipping costs have risen exponentially in recent years. Especially around the holidays, surge fees are applied. Please utilize our pick up/ will-call option to save money and reduce carbon footprint if possible! 

Delays & Responsibility:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays).
  • Once an order has left our facility, tracking information will be provided. Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier, including lost or damaged packages.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damage. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Lost packages must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Zero Return Policy

To maintain the highest quality standards and ensure hygiene, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products at this time. We are grateful for your understanding and cooperation with our small business.

Exceptions:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

In-stock items  ship quickly and you will be notified if something is out of stock. Supply chain issues are ever present and while we do our very best to update our site in real time, small business moves quickly and updates might fall through the cracks. In the case that an item is ordered that is on back stock, the awesome OnFM team will reach out to remedy.
