Fine Print On All Products:

All springless mattresses and mats range in thickness once they are built and tufted. The variance is apx. 1” and they compress apx. 1-2 additional inches with ongoing use over time. Springless Mattresses last between 8 to 15 years, depending on how well they are maintained. Covering with a natural fiber mattress pad will protect it from moisture, soil and general wear. A quality mattress pad can double your mattress's life. Keep an eye out for our colorful mattress covers, coming soon!

Shipping Policies:

Estimating shipping costs can be challenging, and our system may occasionally be incorrect. Please contact us with any shipping questions and we will flag it for audit. We will issue a credit if the actual shipping cost is less than what you paid. If the actual cost is over 10% higher, we will seek your approval before charging the extra amount. For shipping quotes outside the continental USA, please contact us. Shipping will be reconciled monthly and credits or adjusted shipping charges will be calculated and shared via email. Additionally, we are happy to keep a UPS account info on file for your orders so that all shipping costs are passed through your account. 

Some items ship within a few days, while others are made to order. Lead times are typically listed on product pages; contact us if timing is critical. During the holiday season and when there are inclement weather episodes, expect potential delays. Inventory and production backlogs fluctuate as well, so contact us for specific availability or potential delays if you have a hard deadline. We will notify you promptly if an item is backordered after you place an order.

Inspect all packages upon receipt and note any damage on the shipping documents. Report any damage within three workdays to ensure eligibility for a refund and save all damaged merchandise and packaging for inspection. Refusing deliveries without authorization may incur fees or forfeiture of refunds.

Return Policies:

OnFM products are non-returnable by nature since they are similar to a hygiene product and subject to the intimate areas of one’s home. Authorized returns must be unused, undamaged, and unlaundered and are subject to refusal. Refunds may be subject to shipping and restocking fees. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless authorization is obtained from OnFM. Please contact us if you feel you would like to begin the return authorization process.
